Easy BlackBox - remote diagnosis software

Software for online remote diagnosis of JULABO circulators with an RS232 interface. Easy BlackBox reads out important data needed by JULABO customer service. Data is saved in a file that can be emailed to support@julabo.de. This greatly reduces the amount of time that our support technicians need to resolve problems.

May be used with models: MB, MA, ME, HE, SE, HL, SL, Presto - A30, A40, W40, A80, W80, CF-31, CF-41, FL2503, FL2506, FL 4003, FL4006, FL7006, FL11006, FL20006, FLW2503, FLW4003, FLW11006, FLW20006.
